Sunday 22 July - Townsville

Set against the majestic backdrop of Magnetic Island, this vibrant and colourful afternoon of musical celebration featured the spirited songs and dances of over 20 performers from Papua New Guinea, Torres Strait Islands and mainland Australia in a rousing celebration of grass roots life, indigenous music and dance.

Adding to the occasion was an uplifting performance from the internationally acclaimed African Children’s Choir as part of their exclusive Queensland tour.
